Knoxville Overground (KO) collects and studies grassroots social endeavors across the world that can attract and retain the "creative class" in Knoxville, TN.

Each endeavor is placed in one of the following categories:

1.  Accredited Endeavor - these are initiatives that meet the criteria for an official Knoxville Overground endeavor.  Through our validation and seal of approval,

2.  Endeavors-in-Progress - these are projects where an official proposal is currently be written and have passed Level 3 of the the KO accredition process.  Typically, these proposals are utilizing social media tools to recruit support for additional collaboration which can be utilized through this wiki site.

3.  Proposed Endeavor - this is an idea bank where proposals can be uploaded to be discussed at later time.  Typically, the most important information to upload for proposed endeavors will be case studies and examples of simliar projects proposed on this list.

 This PBwiki site is a updated regularly with endeavor updates, new endeavors, and comments.  You are welcome and encouraged to make additions as well as long as you respect the following guidelines:

1.  No soliciation or advertising is permitted. 

2.  Please do not alter the layout or template of each social endeavor proposal. 

3.  If proposing an endeavor, please make sure that it is a not-for-profit initiative otherwise it will be removed from the site by a KO member.
